Rrkade EDM & Hip Hop Show Poster

For this project, I was tasked with creating a poster for “Rrkade”, an EDM Trap producer from Vancouver. I was granted considerable creative freedom, with the primary directive being to incorporate Skeletor into the design. The color palette was carefully selected to enhance the energetic and vibrant atmosphere of the event, which worked well with the 80’s comic book style aesthetic that I chose as a theme for the poster. The poster was crafted using a combination of AI, digital illustration techniques, and typography design. I focused on creating a seamless blend between the character and the urban environment, ensuring that every element from the color choices to the layout supported the overall theme of the event.
